Questions importers ask
How do I choose between LCL and FCL from China to the USA?
LCL can suit smaller volumes, while FCL can provide simpler control for container-scale or consolidated orders. We compare combined cargo volume, supplier locations, timing, handling, and the U.S. handoff before recommending a route.
Can cargo from several Chinese suppliers be loaded into one container?
Yes, when supplier schedules, product details, documents, package condition, and loading requirements are compatible. Collection and consolidation work is confirmed before the factories release cargo.
How fast is Matson ocean freight from China to Los Angeles?
On selected Shanghai or Ningbo Matson CLX schedules, eligible cargo may be available as fast as the 11th day at Pier C in the Port of Long Beach. A confirmed expedited door plan may be as fast as 13.5 days to door. These are selected-route timings, not a guarantee for every shipment.
